Cela découle de la prise de conscience croissante de la perte sans précédent d’espèces sauvages et des menaces pesant sur la résilience des écosystèmes dues au changement climatique et aux catastrophes naturelles, entraînant une perte de productivité des services écosystémiques vitaux.
